We're seeking an innovative and experienced leader to oversee our creative advertising pipeline across various products. This role will spearhead strategy, manage creative producers and motion designers, and drive the implementation of cutting-edge technologies in our ad creation process.
Independently manage the Creative Production Department for various products.
Oversee the entire ad creation process, from initial idea to final production.
Analyze market trends and competitor strategies to inform creative direction.
Develop data-driven strategies to enhance ad performance across platforms.
Implement and manage OKRs/KPIs to drive team performance and productivity.
Recruit, mentor, and lead a team of creative producers and motion designers.
Integrate cutting-edge technologies, including AI tools, into the creative workflow.
Collaborate with Performance Marketing teams to ensure alignment of creative output with campaign goals.
Proven track record in managing creative teams and driving successful ad campaigns.
Extensive experience in end-to-end ad production, from ideation to final delivery.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data insights into creative strategies.
Proficiency in performance marketing principles and multi-platform advertising.
Experience with AI-driven creative tools and emerging technologies in advertising (idea generation, UGC creation, etc.).
Demonstrated ability to lead independent projects and manage multiple product lines simultaneously.
Outstanding communication and leadership skills.
A portfolio showcasing diverse, high-performing ad campaigns.
The ideal candidate will be a self-starter capable of independently driving our creative production efforts, and constantly pushing the boundaries of innovation while delivering measurable results across our product portfolio.
