For information about ABM's benefits, visit ABM 2024 Employee Benefits | Staff & ManagementPosition ResponsibilitiesProvide administrative office support in order to ensure effective and efficient office operations.Assist employees with W2, W4, address changes, sick, vacation issues, etc.Assist with union related issuesAssist with preparation of yearly budgetsSubmit uniform and supply ordersCommunicate with property managers, chief engineers and administratorsProcess ADP payroll submittalsPreparation of cash applications for data entry and update aging report by recording all payments including those made on-line.Send weekly reminders to managers to approve payroll.Process billings and reimbursementsServe as a backup to other administrative staff.Check emails daily.Perform other duties and projects as assigned or requested.Knowledge, Skills & Abilities• Excellent accounting skills and understanding of accounting principles• Three years of administrative work experience is preferred• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills• Excellent problem-solving skills• Must have exceptional ability to assist on multiple projects/tasks• Proven ability to prioritize and work with all levels of the organization• Proven track record and demonstrated ability to consistently meet deadlines• Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook• Excellent organizational skills• Ability to demonstrate exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills• Proven ability to type 55 wpmABM (NYSE: ABM) is one of the world's largest providers of facility services and solutions.
