POSITION SUMMARY


At Cordial, the ABM Campaign Manager helps fuel the next phase of growth for our fast-growing company. The ABM Campaign Manager will report directly to the VP, of Growth and Demand Generation and will be responsible for supporting multiple initiatives, including Demand Generation programs, ABM campaigns, virtual events, sponsored content, and paid campaigns (paid search, LinkedIn, and display advertising).


YOU WILL


  • Support content launches, virtual events, and other digital campaigns by developing and executing campaigns within defined plans, scopes, budgets, and timelines.
  • Assist in email marketing efforts, including the development of new campaigns and lead-generation strategies, including copywriting, email creation, list management, and strategic recommendations.
  • Lead paid digital initiatives, including planning, sourcing, execution testing, and reporting, collaborating with third parties to reach core target audiences and drive demand.
  • Help execute multi-channel campaign strategies, spanning digital, virtual, and physical event environments, aimed at driving new business and expansion opportunities. 
  • Collaborate with product marketing, client marketing, brand, and sales teams to create integrated marketing plans aligned with the Go-To-Market (GTM) strategy.
  • Collaborate closely with marketing operations to support Key Performance Indicator (KPI) tracking and reporting. Leverage reporting and data to determine campaign success criteria and to continuously audit and enhance the digital experience and outcomes.
  • Provide support for landing page creation, ensuring alignment with campaign strategies.
  • Collaborate with the team to build and monitor the results of website performance using Google Analytics. Analyze data to derive insights, identify trends, and make informed recommendations for website enhancements and updates.


ABOUT YOU


  • Minimum 3-5 years of ABM or Demand Generation experience in the B2B tech or SaaS field (required).
  • Experience managing paid media campaigns, including platforms like Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and Display Ads.
  • Attention to detail and are comfortable acting as a champion of brand voice and style by editing, proofreading, and ensuring consistency across all touchpoints.
  • You are motivated and a self-starter, with the innate ability to work autonomously and resourcefully on multiple projects in a fast-paced, startup environment.
  • Proficient with B2B marketing platforms such as Salesforce, Pardot, Monday.com, or similar.
  • Have experience with website builders, such as WordPress (coding not required). 
  • You have excellent skills in communication, project management, attention to detail, problem-solving, teamwork, and organization, and a genuine desire to learn and grow.
  • Demonstrate proficiency in campaign management, including planning, execution, and reporting.


COMPENSATION & BENEFITS


$80,000.00 - $115,000.00 annually. The compensation range may be adjusted based on experience and location. In combination with base salary, Cordial's compensation package includes equity and bonus, a robust benefit plan (medical/dental/vision/life), 401k match, flexible time off. Additionally, we offer perks such as monthly wellness and cell phone stipends, childcare and continued education yearly reimbursements.
