Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite
Knowledge of employment laws and regulations
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
Responsibilities
Monitor and manage job postings
Draft compelling job descriptions
Develop and maintain SOPs for onboarding and offboarding
Manage PTO and track employee hours
Assist with health insurance enrollment
Process stipends and change of status forms
Track employee training and certification
Coordinate background checks
Handle offboarding process with IT
Education
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (preferred)
Benefits
Salary is $19.00 per hour
