Part Time Office Assistant - Opening Shift
ACCEL Schools is seeking a friendly, energetic, and ethical Part-Time School Office Assistant to manage all office functions and act as the first point of contact for students and parents at Barber Preparatory Academy.
Skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office products
- Excellent organization and time management skills
- High-quality written and verbal communication skills
Responsibilities
- Manage school-wide phone, email, and in-person communications.
- Assist with student enrollment goals and retention processes.
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local student record-keeping requirements.
- Perform administrative support functions such as preparing reports and filing.
- Maintain appropriate levels of office supplies and coordinate meetings.
Education
- Associate’s degree required; Bachelor’s degree preferred
