School Nurse

Responsibilities
- Develop plans for student care based on assessment and interventions
- Monitor immunizations and manage communicable disease control measures
- Coordinate hearing and vision screenings
- Provide emergency care for acutely ill or injured individuals
- Maintain accurate individual student health records
Education
- Valid WV Registered School Nurse license
- Bachelor's degree in nursing or related field
