Accenture Song is looking for a passionate Associate Creative Director with experience leading brand creative, content creation projects. This position needs someone who can work both as an individual contributor, as well as the lead for a team of writers, editor and proofreaders. Act as a key collaborator on an interdisciplinary team delivering client solutions. You must be confident performing in front of the room, partnering with the clients, and expert at developing innovative ideas. This person must thrive in a fast-paced work environment and enjoy working on numerous projects at once. You must be comfortable working across all media (film, print, brand activations and brand innovation, email, site content, social campaigns,) and thrive in a fast-paced environment where multitasking is the norm.The work:- Excellent online portfolio of work with at least 3 years of with brand storytelling, brand campaign extensions and tactics- Collaborate with integrated creative teams on a range of advertising and marketing projects- Create campaign content for a variety of briefs that cut across a spectrum of the client's communication ecosystem- Manage, mentor, supervise a group of more junior creatives, editors, proofreaders, and ensure quality standards in all deliverables- Participate in the new business development and new project evaluation process- Present and defend content and concepts for both internal and client-facing meetingsCompensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience.
