Accenture Flex employees work in their local metro area onsite at the project, significantly reducing and/or eliminating the demands to travel.Key Responsibilities:• Manages the operations shift volume, SLA and targets.• Responsible for people management, process management, and time management.• Lead is involved in hiring and training resources for the project.• Leads also conduct random monitoring of the cases tasks handled by team and give corrective feedback.• Queue management and ensure all tasks are closed within SLA due date.• Prepare MBR reports for course stakeholders.• Manage escalation and incident management.• CSOD SME and consultant.• Ensure time sheets and utilization are submitted in a timely manner.• Set goals and manage performance of the team.• Manage the Tech Analyst team.• Generate Reports.Basic Qualifications:• Minimum 5 years' experience in management.• Minimum 5 years' experience in Cornerstone OnDemand LMS.• Core + Learning CSOD certification.• Bachelors Degree.Preferred Qualifications:• Operational Excellence.• Delivery Excellence.• Service Delivery.• Workday Experience.Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience.
