Are you ready to learn and grow in a career, while making a difference?Responsibilities:• Drive business strategy discussions on how to leverage Data, AI, model development, or model validation to create improved business results• Develop custom prescriptive and AI/ML models based on in-depth understanding of underlying data, data structures, algorithms, regulatory requirements, and business problems to ensure analytics deliverables meet client needs• Prototype and demonstrate products for clients in customer or Accenture environments• Partner with solution providers to deliver solutions augmented with data science and tailored for clients• Drive innovation with Generative AI• Summarize and present data science -backed results and recommendations to executive audiences• Travel may be required for this role. The amount of travel will vary from 0 to 100% depending on business need and client requirementsHere's what you need:• Minimum of 10 years’ experience of demonstrated results in Data Science with federal defense clients• Minimum of 8 years’ expertise with advanced statistical modeling, AI, machine learning, optimization modeling, data mining, unstructured data analytics in corporate and/or academic research environments• Minimum of 8 years' experience developing machine learning methods, including familiarity with techniques in clustering, regression, optimization, recommendation, neural networks, and others• Minimum of 8 years’ experience creating and executing presentations to executive-level audiences in corporate and/or academic research environments• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in quantitative field, Engineering, Computer Science, Physics, Applied Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, or related fieldsBonus points if you have:• 2 years of prior experience in model validation or model audit• 2 years of prior experience in the Department of Defense in a quantitative or analytical supervision role• 10 years of experience working in a consulting capacity• Experience managing and leading teams• Business development experience• Familiarity with using cloud services (AWS, Google, Azure) or Big Data tools (Hadoop, Hive, Spark) in data science solutions• Familiarity with emerging technologies and recommended use cases and requirements.• Demonstrable knowledge in artificial intelligence, machine learning, data science, and other relevant technical domains; and possess a blend of advanced analytical capabilities and consulting expertise that will create value and insights for our clientsSecurity Clearance:• Active TS/SCI clearance required to startAs required by local law, Accenture Federal Services provides reasonable ranges of compensation for hired roles based on labor costs in the states of California, Colorado, Hawaii, New York, Washington, and the District of Columbia. The base pay range for this position in these locations is shown below. Compensation for roles at Accenture Federal Services varies depending on a wide array of factors, including but not limited to office location, role, skill set and level of experience.
