In this role you will design or create graphics to meet specific commercial or promotional needs, such as packaging, displays, or logos. Provide graphic design support to produce visual communication materials in support of DAF/CDAO objectives.Responsibilities:• Develop and design visually appealing content, including illustrations, graphics, and layouts for diverse projects This position requires advanced experience in multiple software packages and the ability to produce large volumes of work consistently and accurately.• Responsible for complying with branding guidelines, departmental procedures and standards, internal client preferences and instructions.• Routinely address shifting priorities within non-negotiable client deadlines.• Develop presentation and template themes, ensuring a creative yet consistent look and feel that enhances readability, draws in the reader, and adheres to and supports the DAF/CDAO brand, visual identity, legal guidelines, and messaging;• Ensure brand and visual identity compliance as needed.• Manage overall design process.• Conceptualize and strategize on key graphics.• Create and update graphics. Adjudicate/mitigate conflicts in design content.• Ensure accuracy and currency of published graphics, QA all graphics.• Maintain quality throughout draft, editorial, and production phases.• Demonstrate creative flair, up-to-date knowledge of industry software, and a professional approach to time, costs, and deadlines.• Work independently and cooperatively on multiple projects with marketing team(s), meeting deadlines, and scheduling project implementation based on workload, which may include simultaneous projects.Here's what you need:• Minimum 10 years of experience in a graphic design related role• Experience in Adobe Creative Cloud, particularly InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop• Experience of Microsoft applications, including but not limited to: Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and ExcelBonus points if you have:• Demonstrates interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written• Demonstrates strong interpersonal skills, accuracy, and attention to detail• Top Secret / SCISecurity Clearance:• Active TS/SCI clearance required to startAs required by local law, Accenture Federal Services provides reasonable ranges of compensation for hired roles based on labor costs in the states of California, Colorado, Hawaii, New York, Washington, and the District of Columbia. The base pay range for this position in these locations is shown below. Compensation for roles at Accenture Federal Services varies depending on a wide array of factors, including but not limited to office location, role, skill set and level of experience. Accenture Federal Services offers a wide variety of benefits. You can find more information on benefits here.
