Accenture Federal Services is seeking a System Engineer to support the installation and maintenance of their Task Management Solution developed on Microsoft’s Power Platform, aimed at enhancing the capabilities of the US federal government.

Responsibilities

Lead Dynamics/PowerApps TMT solution installation, configuration, and troubleshooting activities
Develop and deliver the client installation plan through coordination with clients and the project team
Act as escalation point for technical issues from clients and other system engineers
Manage client expectations regarding solution functionality and deployment processes
Provide technical leadership to the engineering team when necessary
Collaborate with Leadership Team to review and contribute to Product Roadmaps
