Develop architecture models and blueprints for Salesforce solutions and service integrations
Facilitate impact assessment efforts and review estimates for client work requests
Ensure scalability of solutions, document, maintain, and govern Salesforce solutions
Review and correct project/program direction to keep programs on track
Contribute to program vision and advise on enabling technologies
Ensure system meets business expectations and monitor performance and security requirements
