Skills
- Existing and up to date Workday Talent Partner Certification
- Consulting experience
- Full lifecycle Workday Implementation experience
- Ability to work creatively and analytically in problem-solving environment
Responsibilities
- Lead a team of consultants in the Talent work stream focusing on Workday functionality
- Gather, understand, and analyze business requirements from clients
- Architect the Workday Talent solution ensuring cohesion and cross-functional impacts
- Provide subject matter expertise for decision-making related to the functional solution
Education
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
