Visit us at www.accenture.com.You Are:The Sourcing & Category Enablement Associate Manager is an innovative Procurement professional who is responsible for the delivery of the category strategy, strategic sourcing, contract negotiations, and supplier performance management in the External Talent (ET) category. You are accountable for CG target setting in alignment with Market Procurement Plus (P+) and category goals. You will also monitor progress/achievement of those KPI’s and driving category value and excellent service while ensuring compliance with strategy, local legislation and policies.The Work:Stakeholder management• Partner with ET Strategy Lead and ET Lead to solution on Stakeholder (DOO, Service Line Leads, CALs, Cx, Avanade etc) requirements relating to Supply Chain including but not limited to sales/opportunities, supplier sourcing, supplier analysis etc. and create value.• Promote ET Capability to Stakeholders• Manage internal customer feedback on supplier performanceProject Management• Provide direction, manage status against agreed CG plan and provide escalation management• Provide regular status in accordance to agreed status templates to Market ET Delivery Lead• Support Market lead to gather showcase project delivery outcomesSourcing Contracting• Identify market and local CG sourcing projects in line with the Global External talent strategies• Create and maintain local sourcing pipeline through spend and talent skills analysis as well as through regular supplier and stakeholders meetings• Support market or cross MUs high complex strategic sourcing and complex contracting projects• Design and develop relevant RFP documents for projects in line with global regional strategies• Perform supplier selection and fact based negotiations in alignment with Regional Category Lead• Negotiate agreements with suppliers and incorporate best practice metrics for agreements• Ensure overall policy law compliance in process execution• Be accountable of the External Talent Delivery within the CG and act as an escalation point for Delivery challenges• Promote the use of contracts and buying channels according to category strategiesResource Team management• Supervise assigned team members• Participate in Market community calls to encourage synergies knowledge sharing and also foster team spiritSupplier management• Promote greater use of Global or Regional Strategic and Preferred suppliers• Manage supplier relationship and performance with critical and strategic suppliers in relationship with Procurement 360 Partnership team and lead Suppliers business reviewsHere’s what you need:• Minimum of 5 years' experience in strategic sourcing/category management, consulting, or related professional industry experience, eg: Recruiting/StaffingBonus points if:• Proven analytical skills in terms of numeric (e.g. spreadsheets) and text based (e.g. reading terms and conditions) analysis, converting information into tangible recommendations to clients• Ability to act independently and can interface with customers and suppliers via strong written and verbal communications skills• Strong ability to effectively manage in a matrix organizational structure working with multiple internal and client stakeholders• Ability to self-manage multiple priorities and operate effectively in a shared service delivery model• Strong analytical, organization/time management and problem-solving skills• Interest in developing solution oriented selling skills to prospective clients• Ability to drive transformational change• Solid multi-phase project management skills• Ability to adapt to the varied corporate cultures and organizational structures of our customersCompensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience.
