Accenture Flex employees work in their local metro area onsite at the project, significantly reducing and/or eliminating the demands to travel.Key Responsibilities:As a Scrum Master, you will be responsible for acting as an enabler for the effective functioning of a software development team using Agile methodologies. Your day-to-day activities will include• Coaching and mentoring the Scrum Team(s)• Removing barriers to successful implementation• Facilitating scrum and agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.• You will also be expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform, make team decisions, engage with multiple teams, and contribute to key decisions.• Provide solutions to problems for your immediate team and across multiple teams.• Implement innovative strategies to improve team performance and efficiency• Identify and implement best practices for Agile methodologies• Facilitate continuous improvement through regular retrospectives• Promote a collaborative and inclusive team culture• Stay updated with industry trends and advancements in Agile methodsBasic Qualification:• A minimum of 4 years of experience with Scrum• A minimum of 4 years of experience with Agile Methodologies• A minimum of 4 years of experience with Agile Coaching• Associate's degreePreferred Qualification:• Experience working in Banking industry• Experience with RTECompensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience.
