Take your Workday skills and career to the next level, mastering complex projects while expanding your leadership and advisory skills with a market-leading team.As a Workday Benefits Application Management Services (AMS) Functional Service Lead your primary responsibilities may include:• Manage on and off-shore functional teams. • Lead the Benefits AMS engagement driving towards decisions and recommending best practices related to Workday functionality• Identify strategies, risks, and options, recommend approaches and mitigations to meet client/functional requirements • Troubleshoot production break-fixes from triage through resolution• Implement enhancements and new features from discovery through deployment• Lead, mentor, counsel and manage performance of project staff • Serve as a single point of contact for the client and provide direction to resources to ensure that all work streams are cohesive and cross functional impacts are considered and mitigated • Advise clients on industry standards and leading practices.• Demonstrate design options using prototyping. • Understand and apply Workday and Accenture methodologies. • Provide the client with status updates and keep them apprised of overall project status• Maintain responsibility for performance, cost, scope, schedule, quality, and appropriate business measurements• Assist as needed in the sales process including scoping projects and estimating efforts to complete the implementation • Demonstrate strong client and stakeholder management to achieve project objectives • Ensure the client takes advantage of Workday best practices. • Identify opportunities to enhance operational efficiencies and execute optimization projects• Support innovation through the creation of new industry leading methods and assetsTravel may be required for this role. As required by local law, Accenture provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in California, Colorado, District of Columbia, Maryland, New York or Washington as set forth below.
