About the role:


As a Practice Manager for Accompany Health, you will:

-Be an early part of an experienced team defining the future of in-home value based care for populations with complex healthcare needs.

-Play a pivotal role in driving our mission forward by designing and overseeing key operational functions, including provider onboarding (licensing, credentialing, new provider setup, and other onboarding functions) ensuring that our providers are able to start seeing patients as quickly as possible. 

-Own key external partnerships, such as those with our laboratory and medical testing partners. 

-Have significant growth and professional development opportunities, as we are a very fast-growing company. This role does not have any direct reports at this time, but we hope this role will lead a team in the future.

Responsibilities will include:
  • Licensing and Credentialing: 
  • Own all licensing and credentialing operations from start to finish. Take full ownership of licensing & credentialing for new and existing providers.
  • Shape the future of licensing & credentialing at Accompany Health by streamlining our current processes, introducing new tools, and designing optimized workflows.
  • Build strong relationships both internally and externally to drive performance. You will work closely with Accompany Health leaders and other internal stakeholders, managing their expectations while holding our external partners accountable.
  • Track key licensing & credentialing metrics, report on progress, and identify areas for continuous improvement.

  • Partnership Operations:
  • Own the relationship with key external partners, such as our medical testing and laboratory partners, overseeing their performance to ensure high-quality service delivery.
  • Own the day-to-day operations of our medical testing and in-home lab draw functions. For example, you will manage our inventory of devices, organize and lead trainings for new providers, serve as our internal expert on these medical testing devices, and become the go-to for providers who have operational questions.
  • Track any issues we have internally and escalate these to our partners. Hold our partners accountable, resolve vendor performance issues, and implement solutions to maintain operational excellence.
  • Drive innovation in our operations by evaluating and onboarding new partners, as well as designing and implementing new processes.

  • Miscellaneous Operations Support:
  • Assist with other duties as needed to support the smooth functioning of our operations.
  • This role reports to the Director of Strategic Operations.

  • Required
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 4 years of experience in practice management or healthcare operations (exceptional candidates will be considered with 2-3 years of experience)
  • Ability to build the trust and confidence of a wide range of stakeholders
  • Exceptionally organized and detail-oriented, with a strong ability to add structure within ambiguity
  • Able to simultaneously manage multiple priorities
  • Clear and concise communicator
  • Demonstrates a hands-on approach and willingness to roll up their sleeves, diving into tasks with enthusiasm and commitment to get the job done

  • Preferred 
  • Experience with Google Suite and Google applications
  • Experience with AthenaHealth
  • Experience working at a startup or small company


$90,000 - $110,000 a year
The US base salary range for this full-time position is $90,000-$110,000 + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location.  The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position.  Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.  Our talent team can share more about the specific salary range for your preferred location during the hiring process.
