Be an ambassador for the brand and your hotel as Director of Operations, where you will provide leadership and strategic planning to all departments in support of our service culture, luxury service and ensuring guest satisfaction.QualificationsMinimum of 10 years hospitality experience with 5 years’ experience at the Executive Committee level; Extensive Hotel operations experience; Prior experience in leading a hotel opening or comprehensive renovation; proven Guest Satisfaction results and leading positioning in the segment; Demonstrated knowledge of budget planning and financial controls; Strong interpersonal & problem solving abilities; Proven team-builder & strong coaching skills.Additional InformationYour team and working environment:Ideally situated steps away from Fifth Avenue, Times Square and Grand Central Station, Sofitel New York’s 398 spacious guest rooms including 52 suites provide a haven in the midst of the hustle and bustle of the city.
