The Opportunity


2024 is shaping up to be a big year for Accorded! We are actively seeking a Sales Operations Associate to play a key role in driving our next stage of growth. Reporting directly to the Head of Business Development, this position will be instrumental in enhancing our sales team's operational capabilities. The role is highly cross-functional, collaborating closely with our marketing and customer success teams.


What You’ll Do

  • Sales Process Optimization: 
  • Work closely with the Head of Business Development and CEO to analyze and optimize Accorded’s sales processes (e.g., initial outreach, lead followup, proposal writing) for maximum efficiency and effectiveness in converting sales opportunities
  • Incubate, scope, and execute on new initiatives around sales productivity, forecasting, and enablement


  • CRM Management: 
  • Act as the guardian of our CRM system (e.g., HubSpot), ensuring accurate and up-to-date information on prospects and deals
  • Train and support sales and BDR teammates in using CRM tools effectively
  • Identify opportunities to improve sales operations through new technology solutions


  • Data Analysis and Reporting: 
  • Create and maintain detailed sales performance reports and dashboards, providing the Accorded leadership team with a clear view of the sales pipeline
  • Analyze sales performance data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement


  • Sales Team Support: 
  • Assist the Sales team in driving opportunities through the sales funnel
  • Contribute to proposal development, lead follow-ups, and scheduling to enhance overall team efficiency


  • Sales Enablement:
  • Collaborate closely with Marketing to ensure the Sales team has the tools, resources, and information needed to efficiently and effectively convert sales opportunities
  • Develop and update sales collateral as needed


  • Cross-Functional Commercial Alignment: 
  • Act as a liaison between sales, marketing, and other teams to foster collaboration and alignment of goals
  • Work closely with the Marketing team to align sales development efforts with overarching marketing strategies


  • Process Documentation:
  • Document and maintain standard operating procedures to ensure consistency and scalability as the team grows


Qualifications


  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
  • 1-2 years of experience in sales operations, consulting, or equivalent sales / business operations role
  • Proficiency in CRM systems (e.g., Hubspot)
  • Strong communication, analtyical, and interpersonal skills
  • Detail-oriented with a strategic mindset
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Background in healthcare preferred, but not required
