Position Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Account Based Marketing (ABM) Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing targeted marketing campaigns for a defined set of accounts, with a focus on driving sales and increasing customer loyalty.

To be successful in this role, you should have at least 5-8 years of experience in B2B enterprise marketing, with a track record of successfully marketing to senior executives in large organisations. You should also have experience marketing complex infrastructure and cloud-native technologies.

As the Account Based Marketing Manager, you will work closely with the sales team to identify key accounts and develop customised marketing plans to engage these prospects. You will be responsible for creating and managing the execution of targeted campaigns, including email, social media, and event marketing.

You will also be responsible for analysing and tracking the results of your campaigns and using this data to optimise future marketing efforts. You should be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with a highly collaborative team and be able to adapt to changing priorities.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Develop, implement, and optimise a data-driven ABM strategy to meet sales targets.
  • Create and implement multi-channel ABM campaigns, including strategy development, internal team alignment, and project management.
  • The ability to drive, test, learn, and optimise ABM campaigns, and adopt an experimentation mindset.
  • Iterate and optimise campaigns using data from ABM campaigns and tactics.
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to identify, engage, and activate key accounts.
  • Provide account research and analysis to support ABM strategies.
  • Coordinate the development, scheduling, and participation of targeted events and evaluate and report post-event on prospect engagement
  • Share findings with the rest of the team to holistically improve marketing strategies and campaigns.

To be successful in this role, you should:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 5-8 years of experience in B2B enterprise marketing.
  • ABM strategies and tactics in a B2B environment
  • Identification of key accounts that meet the defined Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) and current focus
  • The use of in-market tools, such as G2 and TechTarget
  • Training teams on engagement strategies
  • Hands-on working experience with Hubspot, Salesforce so you can create, run, and tracks ABM campaigns.
