Account Coordinator, Consumer

Here’s what you’ll be doing:

• Assist with all mailers and client send outs for consumer groups.
• Ensure storage rooms and product areas are maintained.
• Work with office staff to ensure inventory control is maintained for client products.
• Assist the group and all supervising account members in the development and maintenance of media lists.
• Prepare and implement PR program components for clients, including media contacts, special event coordination, writing and/or distribution of press releases, program writing and research.
• Assist in coordination of all necessary materials for client presentations.
• Maintain and update account files; Stock and Scan all Clip books.
• Be able to communicate effectively in all written and verbal reports.
• Misc. research, duties and projects as required.
• This position will require physical activity including bending, lifting and prolonged periods of standing.
• Will be required to lift and/or move up to 50 lbs.
• Will be required to use a hand cart and other office equipment.

Here’s what you have:

• B.S/B.A in Public Relations, Marketing, Business Communications or related field
• At least 1 year of PR agency experience and/or 2+ internships
• Excellent customer service and professional attitude
• Ability to prioritize and work with others
• Ability to troubleshoot problems and resolve issues.
• Team player with a “can-do” attitude
• Excellent writing skills
• Creative and energetic personality
