What You Will Do as a
The primary responsibility of this position is to coordinate account requirements with the goal of meeting customer needs while supporting ongoing sales. Working in conjunction with other Account Compliance team members, internal operations, sales teams, and key external customers, this position ensures deliverables are on schedule.
How You Will Make a Difference:
- Works with multiple functional areas to ensure compliance with customer requirements (i.e., Sales, Marketing, Operations, Credit, Customer Support, Distribution)
- Performs list management and data entry functions to maintain customer database
- Researches and updates customer portals (ex: Walmart, Tractor Supply, Kohl's, Menards, and more)
- Works closely with the customer to clarify specifications and to address system transactional failures
- Reviews, troubleshoots, and documents customer chargebacks and scorecards
- Monitors orders for on-time order fulfillment
- Assists in QA testing of new as well as changing requirements in functionality
- Documents action items, identifies implementation risks, and makes recommendations for resolution
- Maintains detailed records pertaining to specific customer agreements prompting for review as required
- Communicates account setup status to all related parties
- Identifies ways to meet special customer requirements that may exceed current processes and system capabilities
- As directed, serves as liaison throughout the organization to resolve issues related to customer requirements, including but not limited to: system related activities, product placement in catalogs or websites, pricing updates, order fulfillment, special customer projects, and service issues
Skills for Success
- Bachelor’s degree + 2 years of experience
- Must be analytical with the ability to recognize inaccurate data
- Able to troubleshoot processes and locate issues
- Willingness to engage in critical thinking and creative problem solving
- Superior accuracy and attention to detail
- Excellent organizational skills
- Effective planning and able to set priorities
- Strong spreadsheet and database experience (preferably Excel and Access)
- Strong communication skills (written and oral)
- Ability to partner both internally and externally with all personality types
- Must be able to work autonomously but also as part of the larger WWOF team
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $50,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
