Opportunity
The Account Executive (AE) will work on this Healthcare brand, which is a Fortune 5 brand with big marketing budgets poised for growth. We’re looking for someone who’s committed to learning the ins and outs of the client and excited to foster a collaborative working partnership with the team to deliver leading-edge strategy and award-worthy creative work.
This person will support the Account Supervisor (AS) in the day-to-day business, serving as a resource to the cross functional team starting at the discovery phase through creative development, production and in market optimization.
This person will have the opportunity to:
Scope of Work
Initial scope of work is supporting the delivery of upcoming integrated campaign efforts and ongoing projects for this Healthcare brand.
Reporting Structure
Report to: Account Supervisor
Direct reports: TBD with potential to grow the team
Hard skills (brand, retail, digital, production, research, etc.):
Campaign development through execution
Large multi-channel—emphasis on digital/video—production experience [bonus]
Experience partnering with media & data partners – focusing on measurement, personalization and targeted media/creative [bonus]
Experience working with Hispanic audiences [bonus]
Soft skills (client/team culture, communication style, flexibility, etc.):
Team player
Excellent communication skills
Proactive
Takes the initiative
Eager to grow/learn
Any knowledge/ability mandatories:
Experience on a heavily regulated brand is preferred but not mandatory. Understanding of the health care space is a bonus.
Expectation for In-Person Collaboration: Tuesday's, Wednesday's & Thursdays @ 35 W. Wacker Drive.
