Role & Responsibilities:
Manage our key accounts portfolio with the FSI Business Unit
Achieve assigned strategic account objectives such as revenue, account growth, key stakeholder relationship development, etc.
Establish long-term client relationships by being the go-to-partner to address key technology and business challenges
Establish and manage regular communication channels with the customer and be the single point of contact for all account growth and expansion activities within the account.
Suggest solutions and innovative ideas to meet client needs through proactive outreach and cadence
Lead all pre-sales efforts by working closely with different partners, capabilities, and industry resources in the organization to help achieve customer’s objectives
Handle complaints and problems in a timely and effective manner and be the point of contact for all customer-related queries
Act as the liaison between key customers and internal teams, such as partners and technology practices within the organization
Identify and approach new potential strategic customers and expand presence in the customer landscape
Monitor and manage sales performance metrics
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual reports and forecasts
Skills required:
You would be involved in the development of new business opportunities and value-added services, which requires a high level of creativity, learning potential, and deep quantitative subject matter expertise; therefore, self-driven individuals willing to learn on the go would be preferred.
Experience in the P&C Insurance industry is a must. Other Financial Services and Insurance a plus.
7+ Years of overall experience
Proven work experience as a Strategic account manager or Key account executive
Solid sales experience in Enterprise sales in Insurance
5+ years of technology or technology sales experience. Good understanding of the technology/software business landscape
Hands-on experience with CRM and other account management tools and frameworks
Understanding of sales performance metrics
An ability to address customer requests and manage SLAs
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with an aptitude for building strong client relationships
Strong negotiation skills with a problem-solving attitude
Availability to travel as needed
Experience selling Data Management, AI/ML, and/or Cloud Services/Solutions is a strong plus
Channel sales experience working with partners is plus
Bachelor's Degree is required, and Master’s Degree/MBA is a plus
Good communication, abstraction, analytical and presentation skills
Strong team player and ability to collaborate with a cross-functional team
Self-driven and strong aptitude to work in an entrepreneurial, fast-paced environment with minimal supervision and a passion for developing new value-added AI-based solutions for clients across a variety of industries.
