Are you an experienced Account Executive looking to join a rapidly growing team in the bustling heart of New York City? At retrain.ai, we use the latest Artificial Intelligence and real-time market data to help enterprises hire, retain, and develop their employees. Our platform offers unparalleled accuracy, transparency, explainability, and bias prevention in the Talent Intelligence space.

As a key sales team member, you will drive new business and manage our sales efforts. You'll have the opportunity to travel to customer locations to support the sales process (when relevant) and work closely with the Sales Director to identify opportunities to improve processes and drive overall success.

  • Base salary: $95,000~$130,000
  • On-Target Earnings can vary

Requirements:
  • More than three years of experience in an Enterprise Sales role
  • Experience in direct sales
  • Strong empathy for customers and passion for revenue and growth
  • Experience working for a SaaS company ideally in the HR tech industry
  • An enthusiastic and creative leader with the ability to inspire others
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills

The base salary range or On-Target Earnings represents the low and high end of the retrain.ai's salary range for this position. Actual salaries will vary depending on factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance. The range listed is just one component of retrain.ai's total compensation package for employees.

Responsibilities:
  • Drive New business outcomes
  • Team player, including people development, coaching, objective setting, and measurement
  • Drive new business sales from lead to PO, including complete sales cycle, sales strategy, relationship building, and business negotiation
  • Identify opportunities to improve processes and the overall success of your team.
  • Demonstrates cross-functional expertise and the ability to thrive in a highly complex environment
  • Travel to customer locations to support sales efforts (when relevant)
  • Attract high-potential individual contributors
  • Foster collaboration within the team and across the customer life cycle
  • Encourage continuous personal learning and team learning
