During a typical day, you will...

  • Handle a high volume of outbound calls
  • Develop individual solutions based on the hearing needs of our customer
  • Provide knowledge and in-depth advice for hearing loss and hearing aids
  • Schedule appointments with customers and our partner providers.
  • Support our customers during their 45-day trial until they are 100% happy with their devices

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $75,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year

Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift
  • Monday to Friday

Supplemental pay types:

  • Commission pay

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Denver, CO 80222: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

  • Are you available to work an 8-hour shift between 8 am - 8 pm in your time zone?
  • Working every other Saturday is MANDATORY; can you work every other Saturday with one day off during the week?

Education:

  • High school or equivalent (Preferred)

Experience:

  • Inside sales: 1 year (Preferred)
