Account Executive, Social Media & Community

160over90 is seeking an Account Executive to join the Influencer Marketing and Social team. The Account Executive will play an integral role helping lead social strategy efforts while executing approved programs for clients such as AB-InBev, Main Event, DICK’S Sporting Goods, Visa and many more.
The ideal candidate should have experience working within an agency environment, should be passionate about culture (specifically sports, fashion and entertainment) and have an expertise in creating content on social media platforms with hands-on-the-keyboard experience.
Influencer Marketing experience a plus.
CORE RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Develop and edit outbound client social content, which includes ensuring a proper approval process to ensure content is positioned properly, free of any errors and approved by all necessary internal parties
  • Develop and execute social media and influencer programs from strategic and creative development, identification of influencers, negotiations and contracts, briefing and content approvals, posting and measurement.
  • Manage day to day community management efforts
  • Help lead the development of forward-thinking social media content including social videos, Live(s), memes, graphics, motion graphics, infographics, gifs, etc.
  • Liaising with creative team on social asset development
  • Developing stellar relationships with clients, gaining their trust and friendship
  • Working with account leads to keep account organized and running smoothly
  • Agency administration responsibilities, time tracking, expense reports, etc.
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
  • Bachelor’s degree. Marketing, advertising or communications preferred
  • Minimum 2+ years agency (or in-house) experience in a digital / social role with focus on content creation and community management
  • Demonstrated ability to develop creative, smart social media strategy that meets client objectives
  • Deep and intricate knowledge of the social media space including tools, best and worst practices and the ability to communicate that information to clients and to internal stakeholders
  • Knowledge of key performance metrics for paid/earned/owned media with focus on analytics and optimization as well as leading vendor partners in the space
  • Ability to gather client requirements and effectively translate them into a cohesive social media strategy, complete with associated work plans for earned, owned and paid social media
  • Ability to communicate data and reports to optimize strategic recommendations in clear, cogent fashion
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • A team player with a positive attitude who can handle stressful situations and deadlines calmly
  • Ability to plan and carry out responsibilities with passion, a can-do attitude, and minimal direction

Per local requirements and in the interest of transparency, the range shown below reflects the prevalent current hiring range for this position. Hiring pay rates are based on a number of factors, including location and may vary depending on job-related qualifications, knowledge, skills and experience. Endeavor strives to provide locally competitive rewards packages, which include base rate along with, as applicable, short- and long-term incentives, growth and developmental opportunities, and robust benefits, such as health care, retirement, vacation and other paid time off, and additional offerings.

Hiring Range Minimum
:
$58,500 annually
Hiring Range Maximum:
$63,000 annually
