SUMMARY As the primary conduit to the client, the Account Manager is responsible for ensuring client satisfaction by developing and nurturing excellent client relationships, managing client expectations, and achieving the goals established by the client and the organization. This individual develops and implements strategies for identifying and facilitating client development opportunities, researches and cross-sells additional products or services that could benefit the client, resolves client queries, liaises with Operations to secure client resources, helps compile and present project reports and ensures project teams complete workflows within time, budget and quality parameters. This role involves the daily management of all client deliverables for one or more accounts and must leverage working relationships across the client’s team, the internal team, the company and various agencies.
