Cowbell Cyber is hiring an Account Manager - Digital & Programs to join our team.

What you will do:

Programs

  • Assist in coordinating the Cowbell team and client/partner team from initial discussions through close of sale of Program opportunities.
  • Assist with new program prospecting via attending client/partner meetings, including agenda, discussion materials and tech demonstrations.
  • Partner with underwriting and business stakeholders to capture program needs and help build and execute workflows for on-time delivery of programs.
  • Coordinate responses to client/partner questions and other sales related follow up.
  • Support underwriting and sales with program implementation and renewal process including interacting with marketing, technology and risk engineering teams.

Alternative Distribution

  • Drive the growth of Cowbell appointed agents using API technology.
  • Assist underwriting team with policy issuance to meet the workflow needs of strategic API and Program agency partners.
  • Assist digital partners with troubleshooting quoting, policy issuance, endorsement requests, billing, etc.
  • Aggregate and share agency API activity through regular reporting, lead strategic API production meetings with partners.
  • Onboard Cowbell appointed agencies accessing Cowbell Product through API technology with onboarding meetings and training as needed. Coordinate across marketing, underwriting, operations to ensure success.

What Cowbell needs from you:

  • Excellent project management skills
  • Proven track record of nurturing and expanding existing relationships
  • Ability to prioritize and support a variety of projects across the National Accounts business unit
  • 2+ years of insurance experience in an account management or business development function, preferably with a wholesaler or carrier.
  • Prior experience and success in account retention.
  • Commercial insurance experience preferred. Cyber, Tech E&O and Professional lines insurance experience is a plus but not required.
  • Cyber knowledge or willingness to learn quickly.
