Account Manager, Pacific Northwest (Relationship/Sales)

About You:

We are seeking a remote Account Manager (Home-based in Washington State) to join our rapidly growing organization. Be part of a compassionate care team dedicated to elevating mental health care. We provide the technology and systems you need to work efficiently and effectively.

Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the lead point of contact for all customer account management matters
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships
  • Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits
  • Develop trusted advisor relationships with key accounts, customer stakeholders and executive sponsors
  • Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives
  • Develop new business with existing clients and/or identify areas of improvement to meet sales quotas
  • Forecast and track key account metrics (e.g. quarterly sales results and annual forecasts)
  • Create and present capabilities and custom proposals.
  • Participate in new product and market development.
  • Provide status updates on existing business and new business development opportunities
  • All other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

Required:

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience required
  • 3+ years of demonstrated Account Management experience required
  • Ability to research and analyze customers to enable appropriate business conversations across the account
  • Proven ability to manage multiple accounts at a time while maintaining sharp attention to detail
  • Strong learning agility
  • Intermediate understanding of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook

Preferred:

  • Outstanding oral, written, communication, and analytical skills are required. Must be able to independently write scientific and business documents and communicate proactively.
  • Self-motivated and resourceful with the ability to make progress with minimal information; flexibility with changes in environment and role.
  • Ability to work in a highly matrixed and complex organization with multiple stakeholders.
  • Ability to apply critical thinking skills to take a proactive approach to problem solving.
  • Demonstrated ability to work as a member of a team.

Fair work deserves fair wages. We at Valera support wage-transparency and value this role at between 80k-90k with the potential for an annual performance bonus.
