This is a hybrid role. At Bluevine, we pride ourselves on our collaborative culture, which we believe is best maintained through in-person interactions and a vibrant office environment. All of our offices have reopened in accordance with local guidelines and are following a hybrid model. In-office days will be determined by location and discipline.

We're looking for a high-performing Account Manager - Repeat Sales who will focus on repeat sales efforts to help small business owners achieve their goals using Bluevine's financial solutions. In this role, you will form relationships with our existing customers to drive continuous use of Bluevine's products and to cross-sell additional, relevant solutions for SMBs. You will create meaningful experiences and deliver value to clients by providing products and services that meet their financial needs.

What You'll Do:

  • Consistently hit monthly volume and cross-sell quotas. Meet and exceed daily hustle metrics/activity goals/KPIs
  • Operate as a Trusted Advisor to grasp complex business obstacles, anticipate their financial needs, and identify opportunities to expand account growth and product diversification.
  • Cultivate strong customer relationships with small business owners.
  • Use sales engagement tools, lead-management software, and CRMs to optimize pipeline management.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for repeat Lending customers.

Requirements:


  • 2+ years of account management and/or sales experience.
  • Experience working towards a quota & proven ability to hit goals.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, growing fintech organization is highly preferred.
  • Uncompromising hustle and integrity.

Desirable:

  • Experience working with small to midsize businesses preferred.
  • Able to deal well with ambiguity and maintain composure in unfamiliar situations.
  • Self-motivated.

New Hire Base Salary Range: $44,460 - $53,340

New Hire On-Target Earnings (i.e. Base Salary plus Commissions if achieved) Range: $74,100 - $88,900
