HeadBox is on the search for an Account Manager to join our Event Sales Team. We're the EU’s
fastest-growing event tech company, helping large corporations digitally transform their
meetings and events programme.
Since our launch in late 2015, we've received £13 million worth of investment and we now employ
a team of 65 staff members, based in Shoreditch, London. HeadBox is the easy way to plan
meetings and events with confidence. Our software allows customers to book, manage and
deliver everything in one place - no long searches, no hidden costs, no stress.

being listed in Startups UK Top 100, ranking at #9 in 2020. Having closed our Series A funding we
are looking forward to an exciting growth phase with a focus on product development and
expansion into multiple European and US cities in 2022.
The Role
Reporting into a Senior Account Manager, you will be responsible for the growth and retention of
HeadBox Business customers within a specific industry vertical. In this role, you will deliver venue
finding and supplier sourcing services to our customers. The process will involve responding to
event briefs, creating proposals and attending site visits with clients in order to ensure that
brilliant events happen.
Responsibilities
Venue Finding and Supplier Sourcing – finding the best venue for our customer’s event briefs by
ensuring you are up to date with the latest and most interesting venues across the UK
Event Proposals – creating bespoke event proposals based on the needs of our
HeadBox Business customers and delivering these in a timely fashion
Sales Delivery – you will be responsible for delivering monthly sales targets from your
customers
Excellent Customer Service - we put customers at the centre of everything we do,
including delivering brilliant customer service at every touch point.
Retention - you will build strong relationships with your clients and be responsible for
renewing their subscriptions at the end of their subscription
Requirements
Proven Events Experience – it is essential that you have event management or venue finding
experience
Excellent Communication Skills – this person must be an excellent communicator, keeping
Supply and HeadBox Business customers, along with internal stakeholders fully informed at all
times
Rapid and Agile Problem Solving – you will be joining a fast-paced tech startup with
ever-changing products and solutions. You will need speed of thought and swift execution
