Account / Project Administrator

As a Project Administrator in Engineering Services, you’ll provide solutions and services that help our customers protect and control critical electrical infrastructure and power systems worldwide.

As an Project Administrator, a typical day might include the following:

• Forecasting Project Resource Workload
• Planning and Scheduling Resources for Projects
• Procuring Equipment Orders
• Manage Accounts Receivables
• Control Contract Approvals and Negotiations
• Data Analysis and Metrics Tracking
• Reviewing Project Deadlines and Finances
• Development and Negotiation of Proposals and Project Cost Estimates

Fairview Heights, IL – This position is located in Fairview Heights, IL. Located just 15 minutes from downtown St Louis. Pay Range Data

We anticipate filling this position as Account (Project) Administrator I, II, or III.

Account Administrator I: $18.89-$28.31 per hour.

Account Administrator II: $20.76-$31.15 per hour.

Account Administrator III: $22.83-$34.27 per hour.

We are open to reviewing additional candidates with more or less experience and the salary range may differ if filled at a different level. Our salary ranges are determined by job, responsibility, and location. We base our starting pay offer and title on location and job-related factors such as candidate experience, training, knowledge, and skills.
