The Account Services Coordinator is a multifaceted role between accounting, the closing department and customer services. The Account Services Coordinator must deliver exceptional customer service addressing a broad range of customer service call types to respond and resolve agent questions, concerns and overall needs in regard to their account while providing accurate answers and solutions to questions regarding collections, billing, adjustments and technical support.
If you are someone who has exceptional customer service and the ability to multitask with administrative tasks then this is the position for you!
