Responsibilities
Handle billing operations, accounts receivables and payables
Ensure all billing and revenue transactions are recorded properly, accurately, timely and in compliance with SOX and client requirements
Prepare invoicing and cost reconciliations
Produce monthly working capital reports and media payment schedules
Compile billing and revenue budget, quarterly forecasts and client profitability analyses
Liaise with clients, vendors and internal departments to sort out the problems
Perform ad hoc assignments as required
Requirements
Form 5 with LCC higher or above
Minimum 5 years accounting experience preferably in media and advertising industry
Proactive with good interpersonal, communication and problem-solving skills
Independent, detail-minded, self-motivated and hard working
Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
Proficient in MS office
Immediate availability is preferred
Working Location: Cyberport (數碼港), Hong Kong
