Accounting Analyst

National Partners is seeking an Accounting Analyst to join their Finance Team in Miami. The ideal candidate will assist in various financial operations, general accounting, reconciliations, reporting, and financial analysis.

Skills

Knowledge of accounting principles and practices
Solid computer skills with Microsoft Office software
Attention to detail, accuracy, and critical thinking
Previous experience in general ledger accounting and bank reconciliations
Advanced Excel/spreadsheet skills

Responsibilities

Entering daily Accounting GL journal entries and performing bank reconciliations
Working on resolving reconciling items with the Operations team
Reviewing daily cash position and expected cash inflows/outflows
Maintaining daily and monthly reporting on fundings, payments, and daily borrowing availability
Assisting with month-end close, financial statement audit, and tax preparation
Handling general Accounts Payable and vendor management
Assisting with budgeting, compliance, and special projects
Communicating effectively with co-workers and management
