What Will You Do?:

The Role:

Post receipts and preparing checks for deposit
Post and print AP Checks
Scan supporting documents and post vendor invoices into accounting software
Reconcile Bank accounts
Reconcile Store deposits to the agency management system
Process payments to Insurance Carriers for policy insurance premiums
Sort and distribute all incoming mail
Perform routine accounting and data entry functions for the business as assigned
Assist in month end closing duties as assigned
A working knowledge of basic office practices and accounting practices.
Ability to perform all accounting transactions (Posting of AP, AR, etc.) in a timely manner.
An understanding of the need for and a commitment to maintaining confidential accounting information.
