The Accounting Clerk is responsible for accounting administrative duties and supports the hotel Finance functions. This position supports the smooth and efficient running of the Accounting Department.

Main Responsibilities

• Clearing and following up on outstanding clearing of Income Journals.
• Posting of Opera payments
• Monthly Invoices
• Processing refunds
• Managing the billing processes for the hotel

Qualifications

• A true desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast paced environment.
• Refined verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient knowledge of computer applications
• One (1) years’ related financial reporting/accounting work and/or educational experience
• Knowledge of computerized information systems used in financial and/or accounting applications.
