Accounting Manager /Branch Manager

Accounting Branch Manager
Location: Seattle (needs to be within 5 hours of Seattle)
Details: remote with light travel, $100,000 with quarterly bonus (1st year about 10k, 3rd year 30-40k)

Musts:

• Must have a strong general accounting and financial background and audits,. AP/AR experience
• Must have strong Auditing experience in a Public accounting environment
• Must have managed at least 1 person and have a business management background

Requirements

• Ensure that all branch audit staff receives effective audit
• Provide leadership and motivation to branch staff for the purpose of fostering a positive work environment and the retention of associates.
• Meet on a regular, scheduled basis with branch associates to ensure communication of branch and company information.
• Monitor the progress of each audit performed by branch associates and continually monitor the overall job performance and ensure that any performance problems are addressed
• Administer the company approved performance appraisal process, so that each branch associate receives an honest, unbiased, timely review of their job performance.
• Ensure that the company’s policies and procedures are adhered to by all branch
• Ensure that a sufficient number of qualified staff are hired and trained and that the client
• Refine audit, administrative and professional knowledge, skills and
• Improve audit expertise and professional knowledge by participating in in-house training, varied engagements and continuing training and education.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $100,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
