McGrath Volvo Cars of Barrington is looking for a Part-Time Accounts payable/Receivable Clerk to join our team! Our dealership is consistently growing and our Accounts payable/Receivable clerk is a big part of our team.

Responsibilities

• Prepares accounts payable checks
• Posts all open items in accounts payable daily
• Daily receipt of money we receive
• Reconcile Statement and ledger making sure that the payments are consistent with the schedules
• General clerical duties
