Accounts Payable Analyst, Vendor Maintenance

Day to Day


As an Accounts Payable Analyst, you will be expected to perform the following responsibilities.

  • Audits and or Confirms supplier master data on behalf of DLL and its entities based on information provided by supplier, vendor services, AP specialists, or other business units.
  • Analyze supplier master data from current and migrated systems (Oracle R11i, R12, Mosaic, etc.)
  • Ability to research and work through system anomalies and communicate findings and solutions to resolve.
  • Adhere to the required control environment, in line with financial administrative procedures and guidelines, in order to realize correct financial administration.
  • Serves as liaison for AP regarding Supplier Master additions and or changes
  • Reviews completed W9 Form and validates information within the IRS Taxpayer identification Number online matching system
  • Requests W9’s for any supplier that does not have an EIN (Employer Identification Number) currently in Oracle
  • Enters and verifies banking information within the PNC Pinnacle banking tool
  • Works with Thomson Reuters and Team Lead to issue year end 1099’s
    • Reviews Oracle data for accuracy
    • Updates information as necessary
    • Reviews and corrects records in Oracle from IRS 1099 B notices
    • Submit filing for both U.S. and Puerto Rico
  • Assists with obtaining ACH (Automated Clearing House) information for any suppliers currently receiving check payments
  • Ensure that Functional Mailbox is maintained daily
  • Other projects as assigned

Essentials


Required Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of working experience preferably in the finance setting
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite, with a strong MS Excel skillset (e.g. Vlookups, Pivots, etc.)
  • ERP system experience – preferably in Oracle
  • Must have the ability to communicate, written and verbally, with other members of the team and with clients/prospective clients
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Understanding of IRS and 1099 issuance
  • Ability to work onsite (2-3 days per week) in the Wayne office

Preferred Qualifications:

  • System migration experience
  • Proven ability to handle and organize multiple projects and deadlines
  • Previous Supplier/Vendor Master experience
  • Associates or Bachelor’s degree preferred

Applicable Pay Range

$43,958.90 - $65,938.36

This position is subject to the terms of DLL’s compensation plans and policies. It is anticipated that the position will pay within the applicable pay range. The range is reflective of the desired primary physical work location and may be adjusted outside of the projected range based on geographical differentiation if the actual work location of the hired candidate differs from the desired primary location, or for other lawful reasons. Further, the position includes all other benefits provided to DLL employees, including healthcare benefits, 401k matching, vacation, sick leave, parental leave, possible discretionary bonuses, and all other benefits that are all governed by and subject to ERISA plan documents and eligibility.
