Accounts Payable Associate

As an Accounts Payable Associate, you will be part of the corporate accounts payable team which is responsible for responding to vendor inquires and ensuring that invoices are processed timely and accurately.

Primary Responsibilities

• Collect and verify vendor bank account information used for ACH payments
• Process check runs
• Maintain vendor data within the accounts payable system
• Assist with the administration of the corporate procurement card program
• Respond to vendor and employee inquires

Qualifications

• Exceptional accuracy and attention to detail
• Excellent customer service skills
• Strong problem solving and analytical abilities
• The ability to multi-task and prioritize
• Reliability and ability to work effectively and independently in a professional environment
• A teamwork focus
• Proficient with Microsoft Excel
• Familiarity with accounting cycles and accounts payable processes required
