Accounts Payable Coordinator

We are currently hiring for our next Accounts Payable Coordinator - Wholesaler Relations in Boston, MA (Hybrid) .

The Accounts Payable Coordinator is responsible for invoice entry and quality control, payment generation, accrual for month and year-end closes and other ad-hoc responsibilities.

What You’ll Brew:

  • Ensure timely processing of all invoices and credits from wholesalers according to terms to maintain or increase our positive reputation.
  • Ensure proper authorization of invoices using approval routing software.
  • Ensure proper cut-off of invoices for accrual purposes for month end close.
  • Responsible for generating EFT proposals daily and preparing wire payments weekly.
  • Responsible for helping to maintain AP master file data.
  • Assist with wholesaler inquiries regarding correspondence.
  • Build relationships with the Sales and AR teams to help answer wholesaler inquiries.
  • Responsible for following Company policies and procedures while fulfilling the duties of the role.

What Ingredients You’ll Bring:

Minimum Qualifications:

  • 4+ years in an Accounts Payable or equivalent role required
  • HS Diploma or equivalent experience
  • Detail orientated
  • Proficiency in Excel required
  • Ability to handle larger volumes of invoices and work in a fast-paced environment required

Preferred Qualifications:

  • SAP experience a plus
