Accounts Payable Specialist

As an Accounts Payable Specialist at Children’s Health, you’ll help make life better for children by efficiently processing a high volume of invoices for timely payment. This will include:

Scanning and attaching all invoices into our system.
Reviewing and resolving invoice discrepancies.
Reviewing system-generated reports for check payment accuracy and pulling information for audit purposes.

Shift: Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. This is a remote position.

Experience

Required: At least one year of job-related experience
Preferred: Experience with high-volume full AP processing
Preferred: Data-entry experience
Preferred: 10-key-by-touch and communication skills
Education
Required: High school diploma or equivalent
