Reporting to the Accounts Receivable Manager, the AR Specialist will assist our billing and collections functions. This role is mission-critical to our success and heavily relied upon by our management team. Join this team to not only be a part of a team but actually shine as a central, strategic player.

Assist in generating accurate invoices each week using our proprietary billing platform

Send account statements and dunning communications to clients, maintaining a regular weekly cadence

Maintain a low DSO metric and minimize bad debt write-offs

Assist with billing inquiries from our partners

Monitor accounts to identify outstanding debts

Find and contact clients about their past due payments

Take proactive action to encourage timely payments

Work with the AR Manager and Collections Specialist to identify and implement process improvements to increase cash flow and reduce DSO

Report on collection activity and accounts receivable status

Provide world-class customer service to our internal and external customers.
