Accounts Receivable Specialist

RESPONSIBILITIES:
A Kforce client is seeking to hire an Accounts Receivable Specialist in Fort Worth, Texas (TX).

Responsibilities include:

• The Accounts Receivable Specialist will post customer payments from lockbox and branches
• Post adjustments from the credit department
• As an Accounts Receivable Specialist, you will assist in special projects

REQUIREMENTS:

• Understanding of accounting principles
• 10-key by touch and Microsoft Excel knowledge
• Great team player
• Initiative to complete tasks in a timely manner
• Reason to make decisions based on customer and history of account
• Any relevant education and/or training will be considered a plus

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
