The Ace Service Company team is looking for a Parts and Inventory Specialist responsible for helping the Parts Department with shipping & receiving, inventory, part purchasing and returns, data entry, and warehouse maintenance-related tasks. This is a full-time opportunity. 
Key Responsibilities:
  • Parts Coordinator - works closely with the service department to ensure each technician is set up to succeed each day.  This will include but not limited to researching, tracking, ordering, and returning parts. A strong relationship between these roles is essential for efficient workflows, customer satisfaction, and overall business success.
  • Open Channels: Establish open and transparent communication channels between Parts Coordinator and Technicians.
  • Customer Service: Providing courteous and professional interactions with team members, customers, vendors, and manufacturers.
  • Inventory Management: Managing inventory levels, conducting cycle counts, and ensuring accuracy.
Qualifications: 
  • Knowledge of parts and the ability to research them.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Fast data entry abilities.
  • Physical capabilities, including lifting to 50 lbs. and operating a forklift.
  • Excellent communication and listening skills.
  • High school diploma and advanced courses preferred.
