Property Manager

Ackermann Group is seeking a full-time Property Manager to join our growing team in the Greater Columbus area. The ideal candidate will have experience in residential property management or relevant leadership, operations, and performance management.

Skills

Proficiency in management software and Microsoft Office
Understanding of Fair Housing laws
Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Responsibilities

Representing the company in a professional and positive manner
Achieving income expectations and leasing performance goals
Developing and managing teams
Delivering outstanding customer service

Education

High school diploma or equivalent required
Bachelor’s Degree preferred
