Associate DXP Support Specialist (Drupal, PHP)

Skills

Customer-facing experience in a tech company
Basic understanding of Mac, Linux, and Windows OS
Familiarity with LAMP stack and command line interfaces
Exposure to databases and PHP development
Exceptional communication skills

Responsibilities

Serve as the first point of contact for customer requests via web
Triage, escalate, and resolve customer challenges in real time
Assist with troubleshooting and advising best practices
Craft clear and courteous communications to customers
Collaborate with technical and non-technical teams

Education

Bachelor’s degree preferred, ideally in a STEM related field
