Assisting customers by addressing and resolving data/product interface challenges
Providing world-class support experience
Creating and updating Knowledge-Base articles and troubleshooting guides
Maintaining understanding of product architecture and application functionality
Developing leadership skills and mentoring

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
